Scenario: Call on Me
Imagine that you are a new supervisor for a department at ExampleCo, a company that operates a call center supporting customers. The call center has three centers of operation, two in the U.S. and one in Shanghai. One of the first things you need to do is respond to several instances related to employees use of telework. What would you decide for each situation based on ExampleCo's policy?
